Fool a concert promoter once, shame on you. Allegedly fool a concert promoter three times -- you're getting sued.
Birdman -- the guy who runs Cash Money records -- is being sued for allegedly taking $275,000 to put on a Lil' Wayne concert in Miami ... and then backing out over and over again. Now the promoter wants his money back.
But the best part of the suit, filed today in L.A. Superior Court, is that Birdman is accused of backing out of one of the shows because "the weather was too cold." In Miami.
Meanwhile, Birdman was photographed giving Lil Wayne a briefcase filled with a million dollars in cash last week. Makes ya wonder...

Just hours after announcing their impending split, Madonna and Guy Ritchie were both already on the move.
Madonna, who wasn't in the mood to handle her own baggage, was spotted in NYC -- where her people loaded up the SUV so Madge could leave for Boston, the next stop on her world tour.
Meanwhile, back in London, Guy was seen on his way to the couple's home -- probably to cherry pick through the property before Madge's lawyers could get involved.

TMZ has learned Ryan O'Neal and his son Redmond have BOTH been charged with felony possession of methamphetamines.
The 67-year-old actor and his 23-year-old son were arrested at their Malibu home last month after a random probation sweep of the mansion turned up narcotics on Redmond's person and in Ryan's bedroom.
Redmond was also charged with two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one misdemeanor count of illegal possession of pepper spray.
Redmond is on probation for a heroin and crystal meth bust earlier in the year.
Both men are scheduled to be arraigned Nov. 13th.

Chris Mims, a former NFL first round draft pick of the San Diego Chargers, was found dead this morning in his L.A. area apartment.
Mims, a defensive superstar who spent 8 seasons in the league, was 38-years-old.
So far, cops don't suspect foul play.

We've learned Gale Harold, the actor who plays Teri Hatcher's boyfriend on "Desperate Housewives," was seriously injured yesterday in a motorcycle accident. And, contrary to what Harold's rep says, a hospital spokesperson just told us the actor is in "critical condition."
He's being treated at the L.A. County - USC Medical Center in the Intensive Care Unit. We're told his shoulder was screwed up. Harold's rep just issued a statement saying his shoulder was fractured and he's in "stable condition," despite what the hospital rep said. And the slightly ominous words from his rep -- "Everyone is hopeful for a full recovery."
"D.H." creator Marc Cherry says Harold has swelling of the brain but is expected to recover.
BTW, Harold also starred in "Queer as Folk."

The L.A.P.D. sprung into action yesterday -- all because Britney Spears was in dire need of some nail work.
The medicated mother of two -- along with her mother -- hit the Chinois Beaute Bar in Studio City yesterday for an afternoon manicure. Cops appeared, which is now S.O.P.
Brit's bra strap made an appearance too.
