David Crosby clearly didn't want to talk about the declaration he wrote in the Rob Lowe nanny case, in which he claims nanny Laura Boyce said she only dates Black guys because of the "size of their c**ks." After a concert in D.C. someone screamed out "Why'd you like it big and Black," and that set Crosby off.
When it was over, an autograph seeker -- not the dude who screamed out the remark -- claimed Crosby threw a hot cup of coffee in his face.

You sure as hell can't tell by her mugshot, but former wrestler Ric Flair's little girl was tasered and arrested on Friday after allegedly going ballistic on her dad ... and then a police officer.
The drama started when legendary wrestler Ric Flair was bloodied up during a violent altercation with his 21-year-old daughter Ashley and a 22-year-old male in an apartment parking lot in Chapel Hill, NC, this according to ABC11.
Chapel Hill police were called to the scene, but when they tried to arrest Ashley, she allegedly kicked one of the officers. That's when the popo gave Ashley the shocker.
Ashley was charged with assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest. Ric refused to press charges. She's due in court on October 6.

Gary Coleman blasted a man with his car yesterday after he and the victim allegedly argued inside a bowling alley -- and both sides are telling completely different stories as to what really went down.
Coleman's bodyguard told ABC4 that 24-year-old Colt Rushton approached Gary and his wife late Friday night at a Payson, Utah 10-pin and asked to snap a cell phone photo of the "Diff'rent Strokes" star. After Gary said no, Rushton continued to harass Gary -- and was eventually hit by Gary's truck after darting behind it while Coleman was leaving at around midnight.
Rushton's more violent side of the story goes like this: He says Gary's wife snatched his cell phone from him, and Coleman threw several punches at him before getting behind the wheel. Colt said he was trying to get his cell phone back when Gary threw his truck into gear and backed into him, knocking him to the ground.
Colt was treated and released from a local hospital. Coleman also hit another car.
No arrests or citations were given but police say alcohol may be a factor. It's still under investigation.

...the American Cancer Society!?! WTF?!
The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, a group with wayyy too much time on their hands, is now going after the American Cancer Society ... for trying to fight cancer -- in humans!
After the ACS went after Michael Jordan for smoking during a softball game earlier this week, the folks at PETA, who obviously couldn't stand to see another organization get attention, released a strongly worded letter of their own -- attacking the people dedicated to helping actual, living Homo sapiens.
Here's the statement: "The ACS needs to get its own act together before it calls a foul on Michael Jordan." See, PETA claims the folks at the ACS are hypocrites because they have fundraisers where they serve "cancer-linked" foods -- and by cancer-linked they mean dead animal, like beef.
Imagine how screwed the Muscular Dystrophy Association's gonna be when PETA finds out Jerry Lewis had a steak once.

TMZ has learned Tila Tequila's lesbian girlfriend was arrested in Vegas last night -- for allegedly hitting on a guy!
According to law enforcement sources in Las Vegas, it all went down outside of Pure nightclub when a boozed up Courtenay Semel, daughter of former Yahoo! CEO Terry Semel, "smacked" a security guard in the back of the head on her way out of the place.
Courtenay was immediately detained by Caesars Palace security while members of her posse -- including Vegas showman Jeff Beacher -- waited for cops to arrive. Four hours later, law enforcement arrived and issued Semel a citation for battery. We're thinking daddy can probably cover the fine.
Attempts to reach a rep for Semel were unsuccessful.
Lily Allen came out swinging last night -- battering a French chick who started heckling her outside a London club.
Lucky for the girl, Allen ain't packing much of a punch -- but dayum, does she have one dirty mouth!

Dick sent a letter to the editor of Malibu Surfside News, to comment how flattered he was about an encounter with unexpected paparazzi. Unfortunately, Van Dyke claims he still had to lay the smackdown on the pap -- out of loyalty to other celebs.

Rapper Mams Taylor picked a beef with the wrong dude last night. He was thrown out of STK after doing what he does best -- bitchslappin' a fool!
The dude more famous for knocking Jesse Metcalfe on his ass than his "music" showed up at STK late for his reservation, then greased the maitre d' with $200. You would think this story had a happy ending, but the MD began intentionally calling Mams the wrong name -- a slap in the face to someone that famous.
Mams, thoroughly pissed off, tells us he then "touched his [the MD's] face" -- also known as a "bitchslap" -- and said, "Why don't we go outside and discuss this?" The MD, more chicken than #4 on the menu, screamed for security.
As the beefy men headed for the door, Mams grabbed the MD by the neck and said, "You're lucky I'm leaving." In fairness to Mams, we saw him kick Jesse's ass, so he's probably right.

Vegas PD has arrested two "known prostitutes" for trespass and battery after a nasty bitch fight they allegedly got into with Steve Wynn. Ho no!
According to cops, Wynn was in the valet area of his hotel last month when Sarah Cournede (r) walked up to him and said "You wanna get laid?" Classy! Police say the 66-year-old Wynn then grabbed Sarah and called for security. That's when things got ugly!

There can only be one king of the airport security line -- and yesterday at LAX, Alec Baldwin and Ice Cube unknowingly went head-to-head. The two matched up in a race to see who could unload and load their crap faster.

Jermaine Dupri is speaking out about the shooting that took place at the party he hosted in Atlanta, saying, "I'm sad this incident happened because it interrupted a beautiful and loving party. I'm happy none of my people or friends got hurt. And the party continues."
Because why should a small thing like someone getting shot ruin a perfectly good weekend?
This isn't the first time Jermaine has been associated with a club brawl. Back in October 2007 his good friend and fellow rapper Da Brat was arrested for allegedly assaulting a waitress in a nightclub that Dupri owned.
Another incident in 1995 turned deadly when a close friend of Suge Knight was shot and killed following a party Dupri held in Atlanta.
