This time last year, Kiefer Sutherland was being released from jail on the DUI he got after leaving a FOX party with a little too much booze in his system. Seems someone's learned a lesson -- at last night's "24' party, he had a driver.

If there's any funny business with the contestant on "The Price Is Right" who nailed the Showcase Showdown to the penny, Bob Barker doesn't have a clue.

Yesterday at the L.A. Zoo, Bob said the double showcase winner was definitely a first. But we did some checking -- fact is, it happened on the nighttime version of the show back in 1972, right around when Bob started his run.

First Mark-Paul Gosselaar, now Tiffani-Amber Thiessen -- why do these multi-hyphenates keep killing our dream of a "Saved by the Bell" reunion?!

Yesterday at LAX, Thiessen made it pretty damn clear she's never doing another pep rally at The Max. And as far as Valerie Malone returning to the Peach Pit After Dark on the hellacious "90210" remake -- don't hold your breath.

While conspiracy theorists are raining down on "The Price Is Right" miracle, the dude who nailed the value of his showcase -- to the dollar -- is declaring there was no funny business, just crazy-ass skill.

In a radio interview with DJ Andy Gil on 93.1 in Las Vegas, Terry Kniess explained how he called the exact price of not only his final showcase, but also the initial item up for bid that got him onstage. His trick: he watches the show A LOT.
Terry had already seen the "large, green egg ceramic cooker" on the show three weeks before -- so he knew it was $1175. As for his strategy for the Showcase Showdown -- you'll just have to listen.

Having trouble finding what to get the person who has everything on your Christmas list? How about some of Scarlett Johansson's germs?!
Jay Leno and ScarJo are selling the tissue the 24-year-old actress blew her nose into on last night's "Tonight Show" on eBay and giving the proceeds to the USA Harvest food charity. Yum.
With bids already surpassing $2K, Scarlett said her cold had "value" because she got it from her "Spirit" co-star Samuel L. Jackson. Snots on a Kleenex!

New York Governor David Paterson is a funny, affable guy -- not so much when "Saturday Night Live" ridicules his disability.
He's plenty PO'd at Fred Armisen's depiction of him on Saturday's show. "I can take a joke," he tells the Daily News, but added, "only 37% of disabled people are working and I'm afraid that that kind of third-grade humor certainly adds to his atmosphere."
The "SNL" skit poked fun at his blindness and his admitted coke use back in the day. So far, no comment from the "SNL" crew.
